Website and Digital Design
MarkaWorks designs brand websites, ecommerce stores and digital product interfaces, with web design and branding from the same team. This area has 13 published case studies, counted from the live case pages, among them a property developer’s site in Dubai and a daily use app. We design the site on the identity your brand already uses, and when a brand also sells a pack, the site and the pack agree.
Sites for brands with a product on the shelf
A shopper meets a product twice: as a photograph on a screen and as an object in a hand. When those two disagree on color, type or tone, the disagreement reads as a different product, not as a design choice.
When there is a pack, MarkaWorks builds the two surfaces in one order.
- The color build and the type system are shared between the pack and the site.
- Product photography is planned against the pack artwork.
- The listing is built from those values, so the image on the listing and the object in the box carry the same weight of color.
Ecommerce stores and product pages
A product page has a specific job: answer the questions a buyer asks before paying, in the order they ask them, without making them scroll for the information that decides the purchase.
The pages we design put the decisive information above the ingredient list: what the product is, what it is for, what is in the box, how it ships. Range navigation comes next, because a brand with several variants loses sales when a buyer cannot tell them apart on screen. For MUUM we shortened the steps between finding a product and buying it, and arranged the mobile layout for one-handed use.
For supplement and nutraceutical brands the same rules apply with an extra constraint, since the claims allowed on a product page are the claims allowed on the label. We keep those two surfaces consistent instead of writing them separately.
Brand websites and digital products
Not every site sells a product. SOLANKI, a Dubai-based real estate developer, is judged online long before anyone visits a building, so its site had to carry the same authority as the identity. For the Pilky UI project, a daily use application, user research with interviews and personas came first, and the screens followed from what it showed.
UI systems, not single screens
A site built as a set of screens breaks at the first product launch. A site built as a system absorbs it.
A design system is the set of type, color, component and layout rules a site is built from, and the systems we deliver cover all four. A client adding a product, a landing page or a campaign later uses the same components instead of commissioning a new design.
Design tokens are the color, spacing and type values stored by name in one file the developers read, so a brand change moves through the site in one commit instead of a hunt through stylesheets.
What we deliver, by surface
Digital work comes in several shapes, and the scope is set by the ones a brand needs.
| Surface | What it is | What MarkaWorks hands over |
|---|---|---|
| Ecommerce store | Storefront, range navigation, product pages; Shopify builds included | Design system, components, built store or developer-ready files |
| Brand website | A company or brand site without a shop | Design system, page templates, built site or developer-ready files |
| App interface | Screens and flows for a digital product | Interface design, component set, developer-ready files |
| Product page set | One template, one page per variant | Template, content rules, the claims checked against the label |
| Campaign page | Single message, single action, no navigation | Page design reconciled with the brand system |
Few brands need every surface at once. In a branding website design project the order follows what launches first, and campaign pages follow the calendar. A brand that launches through the year can have product, landing and campaign pages handled in a design partnership that runs month to month.
Landing pages and campaigns
A campaign landing page is a different object from a site page. It carries one message, one action and no navigation competing with it.
We design landing pages against the campaign they serve rather than against the site template, then reconcile them with the brand system so the visitor does not feel handed off to another company.

Frequently asked questions
Both are available. We design and build sites, Shopify stores included, and clients with their own developer receive the design system and the components instead.
Yes. We audit the current site against the brand system first, then improve the pages that carry the most traffic before touching anything structural.
No. A site can be the first project you bring us: we start from your current identity and add what the screen needs.
When a brand also has packs, the site takes its typography and color values from the same identity system as the packaging design, so the screen and the shelf show one brand.
Yes, and the claims on the product page are kept consistent with the claims allowed on the label. The two surfaces are written together.
